• Is this an agent who will keep my best interest in mind while negotiating all offers?
• Is this agent “tech savvy”?
• Is this agent in tune with this market?
• Do I feel a deep level of trust and respect for this agent?
• Do I like this agent?
• Do I personally know people who have had good experiences with this agent?
• Are local references available?

If the answers to all of the above questions are yes, you have your agent.
